Payment Options
We have a few payment options for you to consider.
First, you need to contact one of our representatives either by phone or online--use the "contact us" link in the menu, in the left column.
This initial contact, will give us all the information we need to send you a free portfolio and DVD, to help you in your party planning process. We'll include a contract in your portfolio, which will have your quoted price, which is based on the availability of your date and the amount of time you wish the disc jockey to play music.
Understand that you'll be paying for the amount of time your DJ is at your party's location, regardless if he or she is playing music.
If you have decided that you would like to book your event with us, give us a phone call to insure the date is still available, sign and return your contract (important to process your order) by mail, on-line, or fax, along with a deposit for $100-$195, or the entire amount (* see below).
We'll then assign a disc jockey for your event, which goes up on our calender, not to be changed, unless you request to do so, or the DJ is ill, or leaves our employ for whatever reason.
Disc jockeys are assigned based on the distance from your event, the kind of music you wish played (ages considered here), and the amount of personality, or interaction, you wish the disc jockey to have with you and your guests.
You may request a particular disc jockey, and if available, we'll insure that you have that disc jockey for your event. We cannot write your dj's name on your contract, because we could be held liable if he or she were to leave our employ, or for whatever reason, not be able to perform at your event.
However, if your assigned DJ could not perform at your party, we will attempt to contact you to say that we need to change disc jockeys.
Then, if time permits, we'll arrange a contact of some kind with the DJs still available for that date. This is rarely a problem, but must be spelled out, in case of this happening.
Herein lies the value of being with a disc jockey service, rather than a single DJ employing just himself, in that we have several DJ personalities available and TWO backup disc jockeys every weekend in case of emergencies.
Regardless of your method of deposit, we'll need you to provide a credit card with your signed contract to process your order. If you wish, you can also notify us of your intention to book with our company and provide a credit card on the telephone to begin processing your order immediately. Please understand however, that we cannot complete your order until we have received your signed contract.
You may pay the balance in one of several ways. You can notify us to charge the balance to the credit card we have on file, either before or at your event. Or you could charge the final balance to a different credit card, if you wish.
You could also mail your final balance, but this must be completed two weeks before your event, if your were using a personal check. If paying your balance on the day and at the location of your event, we must ask you to avoid payment with a personal check, rather instead provide cash, or certified check, made out to "One Stop Disc Jockey Service", or you can use a credit card.
As mentioned, you also have the option to pay your balance online by clicking the blue,
"Pay Online" link below. If you are going to pay your balance online, remember to check "Balance" under the "Payment Type" option.
* We need a credit card number to secure the date of your event.
